CHOCO-BAR

INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 cup cream (whipping or fresh) I used whipping
1/4 cup milk powder (optional)
3/4 cup condensed milk or powdered sugar (adjust according to the preferred sweetness level)

For chocolate coating:
1 cup dark chocolate
1 tsp butter

METHOD
In a bowl mix together milk, condensed milk and milk powder.

Take whipping cream, whip it till soft peaks are formed. Add the mixed milk in it and whip again till all the ingredients are well incorporated. Take taste test if required add more sugar or condensed milk.

Transfer in air-tight jar and keep in freezer.

Put chopped dark chocolate and butter in a bowl, add melt in double boiler or microwave stirring occasionally till chocolate melts completely. Let it come down to room temperature.

Take Popsicle. Put around 3-4 tbsp of melted chocolate in it and spread around all over with the help of blunt knife or roll the moulds in circular motion so that it get well coated all over as shown in pic below.

Keep in freezer for 15 minutes to set. Take out and fill the vanilla ice-cream.

Keep it in freezer to set for at least 8-9 hours or overnight.

Before serving dip Popsicle in room temperature for just 1 minute.

Slowly take out the Popsicles and enjoyyyy......
